Senior Finance Analyst – Accounts Payable

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Manage business processes related to Accounts Payable product release planning and growth.

• Conduct invoice entry and processing in accordance with established timelines and accuracy standards.

• Adhere to process documentation and perform daily invoice entry and quality audits.

• Oversee the maintenance of the general mailbox.

• Generate and distribute system-driven reports to the business line at regular intervals.

• Create backup process reports following data entry activities.

• Draft and review functional process documentation.

• Document exceptions that arise during processing.

• Log received documentation and pertinent information.

• Identify and resolve queries, data gaps, and missing information effectively.

• Monitor user acceptance and assist in investigations to resolve issues.

• Ensure productivity and efficiency align with business requirements.

• Foster client relationships and address concerns proactively.

• Achieve client-specific KPIs and fulfill survey requirements.

• Engage in the development of best practices.

• Provide mentorship and training to team members as necessary.

• Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role.

• Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite.

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.

• Demonstrated flexibility and readiness to embrace change.

• Capability to manage daily stress and emotions effectively.

• Bachelor's degree (Commerce / Finance background) with relevant work experience in Accounts Payable.

• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a corporate setting, third-party service provider, or consultancy.

• Knowledge of accounting principles is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail is essential.

• Awareness of the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PTP) cycle is advantageous.
