Senior Field Specialist – Eastern NJ & PA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Install, service, and repair medical device equipment in external facilities to support both the sales team and customers.

• Act as a key resource for stakeholders.

• Provide regular status updates and maintain documented service reports for stakeholders.

• Execute on-site installation, repairs, maintenance, and testing activities according to factory specifications.

• Recognize issues and suggest solutions for existing products and procedures.

• Analyze service data to plan proactive and reactive service interventions.

• Collaborate closely with colleagues for knowledge sharing and skill development.

• Manage trunk inventory and ensure calibrated test equipment and other electronic devices are maintained.

• Contribute to the development of equipment maintenance protocols.

• Record and report field service activities while advocating for process enhancements.

• Conduct evaluations of new products.

• Engage in the creation of technical bulletins and basic operational and service procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associates Degree or Technical Certification preferred (Electronics, Bio-Medical, Optical, Mechanical) or equivalent military experience.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in providing technical service for medical device equipment.

• Technical expertise in one or more product line modalities.

• Capability to operate and maintain a corporate vehicle.

• Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs.

• Competence to stand, squat, kneel, and reach for extended durations.

• Proficient in using hand tools and electronic testing equipment for repairing medical lasers and other medical devices.

• Flexibility to adapt to modified schedules.
