Senior Field Specialist – Eastern NJ, PA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Install, service, and repair medical device equipment at external locations to assist sales teams and clients.

• Act as a key resource for stakeholders.

• Provide regular status updates and detailed service reports to stakeholders.

• Execute on-site installation, repairs, maintenance, and testing activities in accordance with factory specifications.

• Diagnose issues and propose solutions for existing products and procedures.

• Analyze service data to arrange both proactive and reactive service interventions.

• Collaborate with colleagues to facilitate knowledge and skill sharing.

• Manage trunk inventory and maintain calibrated test equipment along with other electronic devices.

• Assist in the development of equipment maintenance protocols.

• Document and report on field service activities while promoting process enhancements.

• Conduct evaluations of new products.

• Engage in the creation of technical bulletins and basic operational and service procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred Associates Degree or Technical Certification (Electronics, Bio-Medical, Optical, Mechanical) or equivalent military experience.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience providing technical service for medical device equipment.

• Technical expertise in one or more product line modalities.

• Capability to operate and maintain a corporate vehicle.

• Must be able to lift or move 50 lbs, and stand, squat, kneel, or reach for extended periods.

• Proficient in using hand tools and electronic test equipment to repair medical lasers and other medical devices.

• Ability to adapt to modified work schedules.
