Senior Field Service Representative – Engineer Technical Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Offer technical program and equipment knowledge for COTS and GOTS CBRN equipment.

• Provide on-site unit-location and off-site warehouse logistics along with maintenance support for COTS CBRN equipment.

• Execute inspections and functional assessments.

• Carry out both corrective and preventive maintenance.

• Conduct inventories and offer instructional guidance regarding equipment.

• Implement equipment fielding operations.

• Manage equipment recovery operations.

• Create and sustain a comprehensive catalog of equipment set Bills of Material (BOM).

• Record activities, including After Action Reviews and checklists.

• Generate and monitor work orders within a logistics information system.

• Develop and refresh equipment maintenance schedules.

• Diagnose equipment problems both on-site and off-site.

• Enhance operational readiness and rapid response capabilities across various mission locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field; or 7 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree in a related field; or 4 years of relevant experience with a PhD or Juris Doctorate in a related field; or a High School Diploma or equivalent combined with 13 years of relevant experience.

• Strong skills in organization and time management.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of the CBRN Response Enterprise (CRE) mission is preferred.

• Familiarity with CRE mission equipment is preferred.

• Understanding of emergency management principles is preferred.

• Awareness of NIOSH, CAP I, and ensemble regulations is preferred.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.

• Experience with logistics information systems is preferred.

• May necessitate working in an industrial or shipboard setting.

• Willingness to travel approximately 80% of the year.
