This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Develop and execute Market Access strategies that facilitate access to BeOne Medicines’ therapeutic areas, pipeline, and portfolio at both regional and hospital levels.
• Showcase the clinical, economic, organizational, and societal value of BeOne Medicines’ offerings within the regional healthcare landscape.
• Cultivate and sustain institutional relationships with Regional Health Administrations, decision-makers, evaluators, influencers, advisors, and hospital stakeholders.
• Act as a compliant, evidence-based, and system-oriented representative for the company’s therapeutic areas and portfolio priorities.
• Assist in the regional and hospital launch of therapeutic areas, pipeline, and portfolio priorities.
• Oversee tenders, negotiated procedures, proposals, and negotiations with purchasing centers and regional framework agreements.
• Direct the development and customization of pharmacoeconomic data, cost-effectiveness, and budget-impact models.
• Build and maintain connections with Regional Health Authorities, Medical Societies, Scientific Institutions, Procurement bodies, Payers, and C-Suite stakeholders.
• Relay local health policy changes, trends, and competitor Patient Access initiatives to the cross-functional team.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable external and internal regulations, policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, and codes of conduct.
• Report directly to the Associate Director of Field Market Access and Tender Operations Lead.
• Bachelor of Science degree, with a master's in science or business preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, engaging with Regional Health Administrations and local organizations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the national and regional health systems.
• Proven ability to lead and manage relationships with key stakeholders across all levels within Health Organizations in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong scientific expertise and the capability to advocate for and assess clinical aspects within the therapeutic areas of responsibility.
• Track record of success in launching drugs in regional and hospital markets.
• Proven experience in negotiating drug pricing and reimbursement conditions with public administrations and health authorities at both Regional and Hospital levels.
• Strategic and holistic vision.
• Exceptional persuasive communication and presentation skills.
• Native Italian speaker with proficient English skills.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and market access processes.
• Capacity to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
