This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Drive success and enhance sales performance within a diverse field team.
• Oversee customer-facing sales representatives in various markets and provide coaching to the Field Manager, C-Store, and their sales teams.
• Analyze market insights and collaborate effectively with local field teams and clients.
• Assist in developing go-to-market strategies and manage field execution.
• Recruit and onboard dedicated sales representatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for field teams and clients on a daily basis.
• Conduct market analyses to pinpoint growth opportunities utilizing competitive, channel, and consumer insights.
• Formulate quarterly business plans and ensure that program and sales objectives are achieved.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly performance reporting while communicating results to stakeholders.
• Manage field execution in alignment with business objectives and KPI targets.
• Guide and support team members across designated markets.
• Handle team member expenses and budgets, including quarterly reviews.
• Coach and develop the broader field team.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional departments and account teams to recruit and cultivate talent.
• Execute brand-building initiatives and distribute authorized marketing materials.
• 6–8 years of experience in a business setting, preferably within the beverage-alcohol industry.
• Proven experience in leading, coaching, and developing a team is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong skills in budget management.
• Familiarity with alcohol regulations, industry trends, and competitive landscape is preferred.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Capability to work remotely.
• Flexibility to work varied hours.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% of the year, sometimes on short notice.
• Competence in handling administrative tasks in line with agency compliance guidelines and standards.
• Must be able to regularly lift, carry, push, and/or pull items weighing between 15 pounds and 50 pounds.
• Must be able to transport materials, equipment, and supplies as necessary.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions for extended durations.
