This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the field team and clients on a daily basis.
• Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of the client's business, industry developments, and competitive environment.
• Perform market analysis at brand, regional, and individual levels.
• Uncover growth opportunities through insights on competition, channels, and consumer behavior.
• Formulate quarterly business plans in collaboration with field leadership and account teams.
• Ensure that program and sales objectives are achieved while proactively communicating feedback.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly performance reporting.
• Regularly communicate business outcomes to key stakeholders.
• Direct field execution to meet business objectives and KPI targets.
• Provide guidance and support to assigned team members within their respective markets.
• Oversee team member expenses and budgets, conducting quarterly reviews.
• Maintain open communication and visibility to foster, coach, and enhance field-team performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments and account team members to recruit and develop talent.
• Execute brand-building initiatives, including the management and distribution of authorized marketing materials.
• Recruit and hire sales representatives to engage distributor partners, retailers, and consumers regarding client brands.
• 6–8 years of experience in a business setting, preferably within the beverage-alcohol sector.
• Proven experience in leading, coaching, and developing a team is essential.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong skills in budget management.
• Preferred knowledge of alcohol regulations, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Capability to work remotely.
• Flexibility in scheduling is necessary.
• Willingness to travel 25% or more throughout the year, sometimes on short notice.
• Competence in managing administrative tasks in line with agency compliance standards and guidelines.
• Must be capable of regularly lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling items weighing between 15 and 50 pounds.
• Ability to move materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions for extended durations.
