This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Align field marketing strategies with sales goals to boost engagement with healthcare professionals and prioritize key accounts.
• Create impactful field communications.
• Collaborate with training for the introduction of new products.
• Oversee marketing campaigns and facilitate successful product launches.
• Formulate the commercial launch strategy for the US in partnership with the marketing launch team.
• Provide leadership and guidance for both pre-launch and launch strategic and tactical brand plans that align with global marketing objectives.
• Conduct market analysis and perform market research.
• Create programming focused on customers and patients, along with marketing strategies for healthcare professionals and market-shaping initiatives.
• Assist in the development of Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), advisory boards, clinical communications, and medical education programs.
• Ensure marketing strategies align with field team objectives and manage promotional campaigns across both digital and in-person channels.
• Collect cross-functional insights on market trends and customer feedback to improve field sales efforts.
• Develop and disseminate field communications and provide training on product launches, clinical data updates, and marketing messages.
• Supervise the distribution and tracking of product samples in adherence to regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with supply chain and sales teams to optimize sample inventory management.
• Assist in the rollout of branded and unbranded promotional materials and marketing-led initiatives.
• Organize and implement product launch meetings, creating launch materials and presentations.
• Ensure that field teams are equipped with engagement tools for both pre- and post-event activities.
• Utilize market insights to identify growth opportunities and support brand strategy, competitive defense, and strategic evolution.
• Champion US marketing initiatives within the global marketing framework.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; an advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience, showcasing a proven track record in field engagement or sales/operations roles within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Extensive experience in pharmaceutical/life science brand marketing strategy and planning.
• Experience in the relevant therapy area is essential.
• Strong understanding of field force dynamics, product launches, and sales execution strategies.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills conducive to cross-functional teamwork.
• Leadership qualities such as authenticity, decisiveness, a growth mindset, and the ability to drive focus and simplicity.
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines concerning sample distribution and field engagement.
• Demonstrated skills in strategic planning, execution, and follow-through.
• Proven experience in people management, with a successful history of development and coaching.
