This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Act as the primary point of contact for facilities management.
• Support the Regional Manager and Account Director in providing high-quality facility management services.
• Oversee facilities and plant operations teams, ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance, quality assurance, financial performance, reporting, and personnel management/development.
• Supervise and lead the plant operations team.
• Guarantee that Maintenance, Financial, CMMS, Safety, and Regulatory Compliance programs are executed effectively.
• Analyze procedures, company policies, and business practices to make informed decisions.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of and ensure adherence to the Master Services Agreement and its relevant amendments or appendices.
• Manage the financial performance of Operational Facilities expenditures while complying with established budgets.
• Monitor KPI/SLA trends and propose action plans for underperforming metrics.
• Oversee and facilitate maintenance, projects, and vendor activities that support critical operations and functions.
• Ensure staff receive training in approved facility maintenance methods and procedures.
• Foster a safe working environment by enforcing safety and infection-control policies and practices.
• Ensure that building systems and equipment are maintained in accordance with applicable State/Federal/Local regulatory requirements.
• Assess compliance with NFPA101 Life Safety Code, Safety Management, Security Management, Hazardous Materials Management, and Waste standards.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance supervision.
• Managerial experience with a track record of budget and personnel responsibilities.
• Strong organizational and management capabilities within matrixed organizations.
• Experience overseeing both technical and administrative personnel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS SharePoint.
• Competence in CMMS/Work Order systems.
• Ability to supervise vendor performance during both regular hours and off-hours, including weekends when necessary.
