Senior Executive – Content

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Drive storytelling initiatives by engaging with Delhi's culinary and cultural landscape, transforming findings into captivating content.

• Partner with content leaders and the broader team to develop and implement content strategies.

• Create, script, and present material for reels, posts, and various digital formats.

• Act as the brand ambassador at events, tastings, and restaurant inaugurations.

• Stay updated on trends within Delhi's food and beverage, lifestyle, and digital content sectors.

• Review and refine junior team members' content to ensure it aligns with tone, quality, and accuracy.

• Utilize analytics to evaluate performance and enhance content effectiveness.

• Organize and oversee the content calendar.

• Make informed script decisions based on sound judgment and expected performance outcomes.

• Assist with and implement Swiggy collaboration requests, ensuring prompt content delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of demonstrated experience in content creation, preferably in lifestyle, food & beverage, or media-related fields.

• Strong on-camera presence and/or prior experience as a Host, Presenter, or Anchor.

• At ease representing the brand in video content.

• Outstanding writing, scripting, and editorial abilities.

• Solid understanding of voice, narrative, and attention to detail.

• Enthusiasm for exploring Delhi's dynamic food and cultural environment.

• Experience in content planning, campaign execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with content performance tools, SEO, and best practices in social media.

• Leadership capabilities to mentor junior creators and influence the editorial direction of the page.
