Senior EWM Consultant – S/4HANA Embedded

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee EWM projects from the initial requirements gathering phase through to go-live and ongoing support post-go-live.

• Set up and implement S/4HANA Embedded EWM solutions.

• Manage all aspects of inbound, outbound, internal warehouse, and inventory operations.

• Configure and provide support for RF Framework/RF devices, Material Flow System (MFS), Labor Management, and Yard Management.

• Integrate EWM with MM, SD, PP, and QM modules.

• Collaborate with ABAP teams on custom developments, enhancements, user exits/BAdIs, and EWM customizations.

• Facilitate business workshops, gather requirements, and create functional specifications and configuration documentation.

• Execute unit, integration, and UAT testing, and address defects as necessary.

• Diagnose complex EWM issues and deliver production support.

• Provide user training and facilitate knowledge transfer.

• Collaborate closely with both technical and business teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience with SAP EWM.

• At least one complete implementation of S/4HANA Embedded EWM from start to finish.

• Extensive hands-on experience with EWM configuration.

• Solid understanding of inbound, outbound, internal warehouse, inventory, and physical inventory processes.

• Familiarity with RF Framework and RF devices.

• Experience in MFS, Labor Management, and Yard Management.

• Strong integration expertise with MM, SD, PP, and QM modules.

• Experience in supporting ABAP-based EWM enhancements and custom developments.

• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and client-facing abilities.

• Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 in the context of EWM is a plus.

• Knowledge of SAP Transportation Management (TM) is advantageous.

• SAP EWM or S/4HANA Supply Chain certification is a benefit.

• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
