Senior Event Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the comprehensive planning and implementation of demand generation events throughout the Americas, encompassing Tier 1 conferences and trade shows.

• Formulate and carry out detailed marketing strategies for corporate, public sector, and demand generation events.

• Manage inventory control systems, which include promotional items and trade show materials.

• Collaborate with design teams and event stakeholders to produce engaging event collateral.

• Assist with event logistics, including vendor negotiations, budget oversight, booth design, and on-site management from inception to conclusion.

• Work alongside sales and marketing operations to monitor event-generated pipeline and analyze ROI against demand generation objectives.

• Offer comprehensive event marketing assistance to sales teams, including both public sector and commercial divisions.

• Actively maintain the events calendar and internal scheduling.

• Provide support for diverse projects as required to guarantee seamless execution.

• Keep abreast of industry developments and pinpoint opportunities to elevate event marketing strategies.

• Report directly to the Director of Global Event Marketing.

• Travel to domestic events up to 20% of the time.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in event marketing, ideally within a SaaS organization.

• Proven experience in leading large-scale conferences and trade shows (e.g., Black Hat, RSA, Identiverse) as well as smaller events.

• Capability to manage complex programs involving multiple stakeholders across different teams.

• Results-oriented self-starter dedicated to excellence.

• Confident team member with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong business insight, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.

• Willingness and capability to travel up to 20% of the time for on-site event execution.

• Experience in the cybersecurity sector is preferred.

• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot for tracking event-related leads and follow-ups is preferred.

• Experience with project management tools like Monday.com is preferred.
