This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Integrate cost estimates and actual expenses into project planning scenarios.
• Monitor the progress of projects and generate accurate forecasts.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure that project reporting and accounting adhere to company standards.
• Analyze performance during project execution.
• Suggest action plans to enhance financial performance and address identified risks.
• Influence the development of strategies within your area of responsibility, including resource management and policy creation.
• Interpret business challenges and recommend best practices to enhance products, processes, or services.
• Remain updated on industry trends.
• Make decisions and manage complex operational, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering tasks.
• Evaluate the quality of information and pose relevant questions to stakeholders.
• Develop solutions and recommendations for issues beyond established parameters.
• Lead functional teams or projects while minimizing resource requirements, risk, and complexity.
• Convey difficult concepts and influence others on specific topics.
• Guide others to consider alternative perspectives.
• Oversee project delivery, manage profit and loss accountability, ensure customer satisfaction, and coordinate project-related activities and resources.
• Extensive experience in Project Management and Project Costing.
• For positions in the USA: Master’s degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 6 years of experience in relevant Job Family Group(s)/Function(s).
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to analyze and resolve issues effectively.
• Proven ability to lead programs and projects.
• Skills to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
• Established project management capabilities.
• Ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information, if necessary.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a drug screening, if applicable.
