This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Integrate project estimates alongside actual costs into project planning scenarios.
• Track project advancements and generate precise projections.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure that project reporting and accounting adhere to company standards.
• Evaluate project execution performance.
• Suggest action plans to enhance financial outcomes and address identified risks.
• Shape strategy for the designated area of responsibility, encompassing resource control and policy development.
• Analyze business challenges and propose best practices to enhance products, processes, or services.
• Keep abreast of industry trends.
• Make informed decisions and manage complex operational, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering tasks.
• Assess the quality of information and pose relevant questions to stakeholders.
• Formulate solutions and recommendations for issues beyond established parameters.
• Lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource needs, risk, and complexity.
• Convey challenging concepts and sway opinions on specific subjects.
• Guide others towards alternative perspectives.
• Oversee project delivery, profit and loss accountability, customer satisfaction, and associated project activities and resources.
• Extensive experience in Project Management and Project Costing.
• For U.S. positions: Master's degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the relevant Job Family Group(s)/Function(s).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
• Proficient in analyzing and resolving issues.
• Proven ability to lead programs and projects.
• Competence in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.
• Established project management expertise.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information, if necessary.
