Senior ESOP Strategy Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct ESOP repurchase obligation studies.

• Engage in discussions regarding the assumptions utilized in studies.

• Review the findings of studies with clients.

• Offer consulting services for managing repurchase obligation solutions.

• Support new ESOP pre-transaction consulting and plan re-engineering efforts.

• Collaborate with the Business Development Team by participating in proposal meetings and calls with potential clients.

• Take part in both internal and external speaking engagements, including training sessions, client webinars, and ESOP conferences.

• Author articles for publication purposes.

• Provide forecasts and strategic recommendations for the operation of clients' ESOPs.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication, organizational, and client service skills are essential.

• Strong skills in time management.

• Self-driven and detail-oriented.

• Capability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision while effectively managing a substantial project list.

• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to maintain professional relationships with both internal and external clients.

• Skill in interpreting ESOP legal documents.

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the retirement industry with a solid background in ESOP knowledge.

• Must obtain CPA, QKA, QPA, or a similar certification.

• Authorization to work in the US is necessary.
