This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Offer specialized operational and application development expertise for Epic MyChart.
• Undertake routine and occasionally complex tasks to achieve customer objectives and desired results.
• Concentrate on medium to large-scale projects, executing workflow analysis, building, and documentation.
• Collaborate with both internal and external team members.
• Design and enhance the MyChart platform to boost patient satisfaction.
• Promote patient engagement through the patient portal.
• Execute queries to report on various metrics.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours end-user support.
• Create and oversee testing scenarios and methodologies to demonstrate system effectiveness.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for testing plans.
• A minimum of four (4) years of experience in Epic MyChart build/implementation, optimization, and support.
• Experience with MyChart features such as Direct/Open scheduling, e-Check in, Patient Questionnaires, TeleHealth (e-visits, video visits, etc.), MyChart mobile app, Result Release, or comparable projects.
• Knowledge of Epic reporting and data analytics is a plus.
• Preferred experience with Epic Ambulatory and/or other Epic modules.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Epic MyChart certification is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
• Epic certification in Cadence, Ambulatory, and/or other Epic modules is preferred.
