This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Independently conduct tests, analyze, survey, interpret, and compile reports based on information/data collected for project assignments.
• Provide mentorship and general guidance to project managers.
• Plan, develop, coordinate, implement, and oversee projects within areas of expertise.
• Analyze field data and laboratory results.
• Compile field sample and laboratory results data and prepare related reports.
• Review colleagues' work to ensure it meets or surpasses client expectations and contractual obligations.
• Achieve or exceed productivity levels set by management.
• Advocate for EFI Global capabilities and support business and marketing development efforts.
• Execute project tasks according to standard operating procedures and project scope.
• Inform the supervisor of any deviations from standards or project scope, and recommend corrective actions.
• Adhere to company and OSHA safety programs, utilizing personal protective equipment.
• Complete project tasks within budgetary constraints and assist with invoicing processes.
• Contribute to the organization’s quality programs.
• Travel as necessary.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant and practical work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Required licenses as applicable.
• In-depth knowledge in the area of expertise and principles related to the Environmental Services industry.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in presentations.
• Proficient in PC usage, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and interpretive abilities.

• Demonstrated management and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to produce comprehensive, accurate, and constructive written reports.
