Senior Enterprise Project Manager

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Oversee intricate enterprise projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they align with the organization's strategic goals and priorities in patient care.

β€’ Create and oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, governance, risks, issues, resources, communications, and success metrics.

β€’ Collaborate with executive sponsors, clinical and operational leaders, information services, finance, compliance, quality, vendors, and other stakeholders.

β€’ Facilitate decision-making, address obstacles, escalate risks, and promote accountability among cross-functional teams.

β€’ Assist with implementation planning, change management, training coordination, readiness for go-live, transition to operations, and post-implementation evaluations.

β€’ Generate project communications, including status updates, executive reports, meeting materials, presentations, and lessons learned documentation.

β€’ Guide project team members and aid in the enhancement of enterprise project management practices.

β€’ Report directly to the Senior Program Manager.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Candidates must reside in Arkansas, California, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Tennessee, Texas, or Wyoming.

β€’ A bachelor's degree in health care administration, business administration, information systems, clinical disciplines, project management, or a related area is required.

β€’ At least 10 years of progressive project management experience is necessary, specifically with complex, cross-functional, enterprise-level projects.

β€’ Advanced skills in project management, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, issue, resource management, governance, communication, and change management.

β€’ Strong knowledge of health care operations, clinical workflows, regulatory standards, patient privacy, quality improvement, and information systems.

β€’ Exceptional written, verbal, facilitation, presentation, and executive communication abilities.

β€’ Capability to influence without direct authority, foster relationships, manage competing priorities, resolve conflicts, and ensure accountability.

β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
