Senior Enterprise Product Manager, FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product Managers and finance stakeholders to execute the product roadmap for Zip, Navan, NetSuite, and various financial applications.

• Assess current business processes, conduct fit/gap analysis, and convert business requirements into technical solutions.

• Showcase Zip functionalities for Source to Pay, Order to Cash, General Accounting, and Financial Reporting.

• Manage daily platform administration, maintenance, and support for Zip and related systems.

• Develop functional and technical specifications, data flow diagrams, and business architecture diagrams.

• Create and implement scalable solutions, encompassing customizations, workflows, integrations, and analytics/reporting.

• Work alongside citizen developers and engineers to design and implement AI automations and agentic flows.

• Formulate and execute test plans, leading integration and user acceptance testing.

• Engage in Agile practices, observability, technical debt management, automated testing, incident management, and defect management activities.

• Diagnose and resolve production issues based on severity and impact.

• Assist in process transformation initiatives for Month End Closure and Reporting.

• Facilitate solution walkthroughs, application demonstrations, and user training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of system administration experience with Source to Pay systems like Zip, Coupa, NetSuite, and finance applications such as Navan, Brex, and Oracle.

• More than 4 years of hands-on configuration experience with Zip modules, including Vendor Management, Sourcing Intake, Procurement, Payables, Payment, Taxes, customizations, workflows, AI Agents, and reporting.

• At least 3 years of experience with large-scale implementations of Sourcing/Procurement systems and integrations using middleware such as Zip AppStudio, Workato, MuleSoft, and Boomi.

• Over 1 year of experience with AI technologies, including designing, building, and deploying Slackbots and/or workflow-based agents utilizing n8n and Workato Genie.

• Strong grasp of system-to-system integration principles, data flow patterns, and enterprise integration technologies, including web services, REST/SOAP APIs, file-based integrations, event-driven architectures, and MCP-based connectivity.

• Comprehensive knowledge of finance business processes including Sourcing, Procurement, Payables, Vendor Management, Expenses, and General Accounting.

• In-depth understanding of month-end accounting processes and financial statement/reporting features in Zip and NetSuite.

• Familiarity with Agile methodology, sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and reporting in Jira.

• Understanding of production support, incident management, and defect management processes.

• Capability to continually learn new systems, adapt to various roles, and operate independently.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional technical teams.

• Zip Certification is preferred.

• Certification in AI technologies is preferred.

• Experience with NetSuite and Workato/middleware is preferred.

• A passion for the crypto economy and DeFi is preferred.

• Familiarity with fintech, regulated environments, or high-growth technology firms is preferred.
