Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and manage a well-organized, prioritized product backlog that aligns with company goals.

• Decompose initiatives into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements ready for implementation.

• Collaborate with engineering to define, refine, and sequence tasks effectively.

• Ensure teams concentrate on significant opportunities with minimal uncertainty.

• Assist in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and follow-through on deliveries.

• Convert product vision into actionable user stories and requirements.

• Guide projects through the entire product development lifecycle, from discovery to launch.

• Identify dependencies, risks, edge cases, and operational factors.

• Collaborate with design teams to ensure workflows and requirements are user-centric.

• Aid in launch preparedness, user acceptance testing, and post-launch evaluations.

• Work alongside Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Operations, and other key stakeholders.

• Collect feedback from stakeholders and customers to refine requirements and set priorities.

• Facilitate consensus on scope, timelines, and quality trade-offs.

• Enhance the quality of requirements, acceptance criteria, release readiness, prioritization, documentation, and execution processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a role such as Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or another product delivery position.

• Proven experience collaborating closely with software engineering teams in agile settings.

• Strong capability in drafting user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements.

• Demonstrated proficiency in managing backlogs, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating across functions.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and provide structure in fast-paced environments.

• Comfortable balancing strategic insights with hands-on implementation.

• Preferred: experience in SaaS, vertical software, technology for small to medium businesses, marketplaces, or workflow tools.

• Preferred: experience supporting products that combine software with operational or service elements.

• Preferred: familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and various analytics platforms.

• Preferred: experience in customer-facing workflows like lead management, communications, onboarding, or growth operations.

• Preferred: exposure to AI-driven products, automation, or internal operational tools.

• Preferred: genuine interest in AI and practical experience in experimentation, building, prototyping, or independent projects.

• Preferred: foundational knowledge of LLMs, including prompting, fine-tuning, embeddings, retrieval, and evaluation.

• Preferred: proficiency with tools such as Cursor, Bolt, Claude Code, Figma, and Git.

• Preferred: strong understanding of data, experimentation, and decision-making processes.

• Preferred: ability to connect technical and non-technical viewpoints.

• Preferred: exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with storytelling ability.
