Senior Enterprise Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Ensure that IT solutions align with the strategic objectives of the business.

• Map out processes and systems while defining standards and architectures that foster growth and innovation.

• Guarantee that technology practices adhere to both internal and external standards and regulations.

• Facilitate effective communication between business and technology teams by translating needs into actionable solutions.

• Develop technology roadmaps to support the organization's advancement and digital maturity.

• Oversee the implementation of initiatives, ensuring compliance with the established architecture.

• Collaborate with a digital bank that focuses on serving businesses within the financial services sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration with an IT emphasis, or a related discipline.

• Prior experience in systems architecture, project management, and leading multidisciplinary teams.

• Proficiency in process modeling (BPMN, UML).

• Understanding of systems architecture and platform integration.

• Familiarity with cloud computing, information security, and data governance.

• Strategic thinking capabilities.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to distill technical complexities into understandable language for executive audiences.

• Experience in digital transformation is advantageous.

• Certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT, or similar are beneficial.

• A holistic perspective is a plus.
