IT Specialist, SAP EWM/WM, MM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a functional expert for the SAP MM, WM, and EWM modules.

• Collect requirements from business units and convert them into functional and technical solutions.

• Oversee the configuration of SAP processes, enhancements, and provide advanced support.

• Set up tax processes, including TAXBRA and J1BTAX, along with tax configurations within the pertinent module.

• Design and refine processes associated with procurement, inventory, warehousing, and tax operations.

• Participate in implementation projects, continuous improvement efforts, and process automation initiatives.

• Create and present training for key and end users.

• Execute testing and user acceptance procedures to ensure the quality of deployed solutions.

• Act as the liaison with global IT teams, vendors, and SAP partners.

• Manage initiatives and projects related to Materials Management and Warehouse Management.

• Assist in the management and administration of small to medium-sized projects.

• Serve as the technical point of contact for the support, maintenance, and advancement of SAP Materials Management and Warehouse Management solutions that support operations throughout Latin America.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related discipline is mandatory.

• A postgraduate degree or specialization in Systems Analysis or a related area is preferred.

• Experience in multinational settings.

• Experience with digital transformation initiatives and process automation.

• Extensive experience with SAP MM, encompassing Purchasing, MIGO, MIRO, contracts, quotations, and release strategies.

• Proficiency in SAP WM and SAP EWM.

• Understanding of materials, inventory, and warehouse management.

• Experience with SAP implementations.

• Configuration expertise in RF barcoding within SAP EWM/WM environments.

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA.

• Knowledge of Brazilian tax and fiscal regulations.

• Proficiency in SAP reporting and query tools.
