This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Identify, target, categorize, and prioritize potential clients and partners.
• Actively generate a sales pipeline through cold outreach, targeted campaigns, partnerships, and events.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to demonstrations, legal, technical, financial, and closing phases.
• Collaborate with the Head of Sales EMEA to establish and execute the sales strategy for the UK&I region.
• Enhance Trustpair’s visibility and networking presence throughout the UK and Ireland.
• Forge strategic relationships with C-Level executives and key stakeholders, particularly in CFO offices.
• Collaborate with pre-sales teams to showcase solution value and drive revenue growth.
• Employ a consultative sales strategy to offer customized solutions.
• Meet and surpass sales targets by securing enterprise contracts.
• Develop and oversee the UK&I partner ecosystem, including consulting, ERP, S2P, TMS, implementation, and technology partners.
• Create joint account plans and referral opportunities.
• Participate in partner and industry events, advocate for Trustpair, and deliver training sessions.
• Travel throughout the UK&I market to strengthen relationships, support collaborative customer engagements, and create opportunities.
• Influence Trustpair’s growth in the UK&I through direct enterprise selling, partner-driven business development, and local market leadership.
• Over 8 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales.
• Proven history of managing complex sales cycles and consistently achieving revenue goals.
• Experience in selling SaaS or other technology solutions to enterprise clients is highly advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Comprehensive understanding of the UK&I market.
• Proven success in entering new countries/markets or launching new products.
• Capable of leading and closing complex sales, managing the process from start to finish.
• Highly organized with a meticulous approach.
• Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate resilience.
• Motivated to develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets.
• Preference for a test-and-learn approach rather than rigid sales processes.
• Fluent in English.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the country of application or be a citizen of the Schengen/EU zone.
• Training in AI tools and encouragement to incorporate AI into daily workflows.
