Senior Enrollment/Billing Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer billing and collections assistance to both new and existing accounts.

• Oversee a portfolio of TPA business along with a range of complex client accounts.

• Reconcile group accounts and manage accounts receivable.

• Generate special charge invoices and billing statements.

• Investigate payment issues, census data, billing discrepancies, eligibility, rate variations, and delinquency matters.

• Request refunds and keep track of delinquency reports.

• Handle group renewals, new business inquiries, terms, and amendments.

• Collaborate with TPAs, brokers, clients, banks, vendors, partners, and matrix organizations to address issues and disputes.

• Organize internal and external conference calls or meetings.

• Analyze client data and create monthly and ad hoc reports.

• Conduct peer audits to ensure quality and minimize financial risks.

• Monitor and track customer financial performance.

• Identify and implement enhancements to processes.

• Deliver customer service to both internal and external clients.

• Process, review, and comprehend various system inputs.

• Support cash-team functions, including cash and census applications, mailings, filing, electronic invoicing, and general administration.

• Apply financial payments within accounting systems.

• Achieve or surpass daily, quality, and individual development objectives.

• Provide assistance for special projects as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent experience is necessary; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in billing, accounting, or collections roles.

• Proficient in 10-key data entry.

• Strong expertise in Excel.

• Preferred knowledge of Genasys, SAP, PCRS systems, or a quick aptitude for learning new applications and systems.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a focus on quality.

• Familiarity with Microsoft applications.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks appropriately.

• Demonstrated responsiveness and urgency in dealings with internal and external clients.

• Capacity to multitask and adjust priorities as needed.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational abilities.

• Leadership and motivational traits in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• For remote work, a cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed is required.
