
Senior Engineering Analyst β Project Management, Strategic Commercialization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts, +1 more state.
β’ Oversee and implement projects related to the introduction and commercialization of medical products.
β’ Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Sourcing, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Logistics, and external vendors.
β’ Assist in the evaluation and selection of suppliers, ensuring alignment of capabilities and supporting onboarding activities.
β’ Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, action registers, decision logs, risk management plans, and escalation pathways.
β’ Facilitate the new product introduction process from concept approval to readiness for commercial launch.
β’ Coordinate SKU setup in conjunction with commercial, master data, planning, supply chain, and distribution teams.
β’ Oversee engineering change order processes and the setup of the Agile product lifecycle management system.
β’ Manage the coordination of artwork, labeling, packaging, and product documentation.
β’ Verify import requirements, lane setups, warehouse readiness, inventory planning, and the execution of the distribution network.
β’ Track project health, assess risks, monitor dependencies, evaluate supplier readiness, and ensure operational and launch readiness.
β’ Prepare and present status updates, risks, tradeoffs, and data-driven recommendations to leadership.
β’ Lead meetings, identify obstacles, escalate issues, and aid in making timely decisions.
β’ Ensure deliverables comply with quality, regulatory, commercial, sourcing, and operational standards.
β’ Enhance Private Brand sourcing and new product introduction processes.
β’ Coordinate or assist with multiple concurrent product sourcing and new product introduction initiatives.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
β’ Project Management Professional certification is advantageous.
β’ A minimum of 2 years' experience in project management, sourcing, supply chain, product commercialization, or new product introduction is preferred.
β’ Experience in regulated settings such as medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, automotive, government, or other controlled industries is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with third-party manufacturers, supplier-driven products, or private label products is preferred.
β’ Knowledge of product lifecycle systems, Agile methodologies, engineering change orders, SKU setups, artwork development, packaging, logistics readiness, and distribution setup is preferred.
β’ A strong grasp of project management principles, including scope management, schedule creation, critical path analysis, risk management, resource coordination, action tracking, and corrective action planning.
β’ Experience in contributing to or supporting projects through a structured stage-gate, commercialization, or new product introduction process is preferred.
β’ Excellent facilitation, communication, planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly across cross-functional teams.
β’ Capable of conveying project status, risks, and data-driven insights to leadership.
β’ May require up to 15% travel.
β’ Availability for early morning or evening calls to support global teams and suppliers may be necessary.
