Senior Engineer, Sensor - Mac, Linux, Windows

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with all sensor development teams throughout the organization on architectural and strategic initiatives.

• Conceptualize and create new product features.

• Provide guidance and support to development teams in designing and implementing software for cross-platform delivery on Windows, macOS, and Linux.

• Take ownership of features throughout their entire lifecycle, from initial design to final delivery.

• Present product demonstrations at the end of each sprint.

• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with teams located in various regions.

• Design and develop core sensor platform features across file system, memory, process, and networking subsystems.

• Build shared components for Linux, Windows, and macOS.

• Operate under Agile development principles and deliver frequently.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of C/C++.

• Strong understanding of the internals of Linux, Windows, or Mac OS.

• Proven track record in debugging memory corruption issues, process contentions, and system performance bottlenecks.

• Demonstrated experience in working with teams to successfully deliver significant features and releases.

• Ability to lead, mentor, communicate, collaborate, and function effectively within a geographically dispersed team.

• Proven experience employing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes.

• Strong background in developing scalable, lightweight, and high-performing systems.

• In-depth expertise in OS systems concerning core concepts and subsystems.

• Familiarity with and experience in utilizing Agile methodologies.

• Knowledge of security principles.

• Experience with eBPF.
