Senior Engineer II, Enterprise Intelligent Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide and maintain intricate end-to-end intelligent automation, Agentic AI, and RPA solutions throughout the organization.

• Design, configure, develop, and test high-quality IA and Agentic AI solutions utilizing generative AI tools, developer APIs, and enterprise workflow platforms.

• Create, implement, and support Agentic Automation workflows employing multi-agent collaboration, dynamic planning, contextual reasoning, and safety measures.

• Advise on automation requests and carry out feasibility assessments, suggesting the most effective automation strategies.

• Collaborate with IT Security, Cloud Platform teams, and system administrators to sustain, expand, and secure virtual worker environments, orchestration instances, and API connectors.

• Oversee code reviews for peers and offshore developers while ensuring adherence to CoE standards and security protocols.

• Mentor and guide citizen developers by setting architectural guidelines and providing secure access to code libraries.

• Monitor and optimize production digital workers and agent environments to address exceptions, outages, and workflow disruptions.

• Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and subject matter experts to evaluate processes, convert requirements into technical designs, and showcase automation capabilities.

• Execute additional responsibilities that align with the overall goals of the position.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or a combination of education and experience that meets the necessary qualifications.

• Over 6 years of progressive experience in Intelligent Automation (IA) and/or Agentic Automation (AA) development, implementation, and administration.

• Practical experience with Python, Microsoft .NET (C# or VB.NET), SQL, XML, and JSON.

• Background in designing, configuring, and deploying Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions within enterprise settings.

• Experience in implementing cognitive AI integrations, custom API connections, or agentic frameworks.

• Advanced Automation certifications or other specialized Intelligent Automation / AI industry certifications are mandatory.

• Familiarity with UiPath, N8N, Decisions, WorkAuto, Agentic AI architectures, automation design patterns, enterprise architectures, exception handling, REFramework, SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, relational database schemas, REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise credential security protocols.

• Proficiency in prompt engineering and technical configurations for LLMs including Gemini, Claude, and ChatGPT.

• Capability to convert processes into durable automation code, execute automation project components, and apply human-in-the-loop validation methods for sensitive or regulated data.

• Advanced Industry Standard Coding certifications and Advanced AI industry certifications are preferred.
