Senior Engineer – Full Stack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide top-tier software solutions throughout EZCORP's digital product lineup

• Oversee and manage several projects at the same time

• Decompose intricate initiatives into actionable plans

• Organize and supervise the efforts of other engineers and contractors

• Perform code reviews across various projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards

• Guide engineers in AI-enhanced development methodologies

• Design, develop, and sustain full-stack applications utilizing React, Angular, and Node.js

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in software development

• More than 3 years of experience in building production applications with React and/or Angular

• At least 3 years of experience in developing backend services with Node.js

• A minimum of 2 years in leading projects or technical workstreams

• Proven hands-on experience with AI coding tools

• Experience in integrating AI/ML functionalities into production systems

• Knowledge in designing APIs, data models, and system interfaces

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
