Senior Energy Metering and Settlement Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Validate and reconcile energy measurements at the interfaces with other utility companies.

• Analyze energy metering data and indicators, identify discrepancies, and suggest solutions.

• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of metering information.

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to address discrepancies and synchronize information.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of processes related to metering management and oversight.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed higher education degree or a relevant technical qualification, ideally in Electrical Engineering.

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.

• Previous experience in customer service, information analysis, operational control, or similar roles.

• Familiarity with energy metering, validation, and settlement processes is advantageous.

• Experience in Contact Center operations is preferred.

• Background in analyzing operational and contractual KPIs is preferred.

• Proficiency in Power BI or other data analysis tools is preferred.
