Senior Embedded Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design and execute embedded systems in C or C++ for ARM Cortex-based microcontrollers.

• Optimize and develop Linux-based embedded systems.

• Create and implement embedded software for real-time operating systems (RTOS).

• Integrate various sensors, actuators, and communication interfaces.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot both software and hardware issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience as an Embedded Engineer.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field.

• Extensive experience with programming languages such as C and C++.

• Thorough knowledge of ARM Cortex-based microcontrollers like STM32 or FPGA SoCs such as Xilinx Zynq.

• Skilled in Linux-based embedded systems, including kernel modifications, device tree configurations, and bootloader development.

• Professional background in real-time operating systems (RTOS) including FreeRTOS, QNX, Zephyr, or ThreadX.

• Significant experience in integrating sensors and actuators, along with familiarity with communication interfaces such as CAN, SPI, I2C, UART, or Ethernet.

• Proficient in using analysis and debugging tools like JTAG, SonarQube, oscilloscopes, or logic analyzers.
