
Senior Email Marketing – Lifecycle Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of the lifecycle marketing program from inception to completion, encompassing strategy, execution, testing, and revenue generation.
• Assemble the team, establish workflows, and set standards from the ground up.
• Formulate daily email and SMS/RCS strategies across various lists and sending schedules.
• Drive the development of campaigns, flows, content, personalization, and transactional initiatives from strategy formulation through to reporting and KPI analysis.
• Integrate subscription and loyalty communications into a structured and ongoing program.
• Oversee the performance of flows within the automated revenue library.
• Develop a systematic testing roadmap that includes advertorial formats, templates, offers, and landing pages.
• Collaborate closely with the Copywriter and the incoming Senior CRO & Experimentation Specialist.
• Manage the Marketing Automation Strategist and Marketing Assistant.
• Maintain high standards and provide comprehensive documentation as the email marketing program evolves.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in email/lifecycle/CRM marketing, preferably in DTC ecommerce, with direct revenue accountability.
• Advanced proficiency in Klaviyo, including campaigns, flows, segmentation, deliverability, and a strong comfort level with managing the platform.
• Proven history of testing and experimentation that has positively impacted conversion rates and revenue.
• Robust analytics experience, including GA4, TripleWhale, revenue attribution, and clear KPI reporting to leadership.
• Strong leadership skills for managing teams effectively.
• Operational aptitude for constructing workflows and standards from the ground up.
• Current Mac or Windows computer equipped with antivirus protection.
• Consistently reliable high-speed internet access.
• A quiet, distraction-free work environment.
• Technologically adept and eager to learn new tools and software.
• Proficient and experienced in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, OneDrive).
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States for any employer (W-2) positions.
