Email Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Take charge of selecting and managing the Email Service Provider (ESP).

• Collaborate with the development team to integrate product and subscription data and establish deliverability setups.

• Design and implement essential lifecycle flows such as welcome/onboarding, Day 0–3 retention/cancel-prevention, cancellation/win-back, and transactional emails.

• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, timing, and segmentation.

• Transform test outcomes into actionable strategies.

• Develop reports that link email performance directly to revenue, encompassing open rates, click-through rates (CTR), S1–S2 rebill rates, and the percentage of total subscription revenue.

• Work alongside product, analytics, and design teams to create targeted campaigns based on user behavior and cohort data.

• Build and manage the email marketing channel from the ground up.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in email, CRM, or retention marketing.

• Proven experience in establishing an email marketing channel from scratch.

• Practical experience with an ESP.

• Solid understanding of deliverability fundamentals, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration principles.

• Strong knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and the ability to convert results into actionable decisions.

• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.

• Capability to analyze cohort and funnel data and leverage insights effectively.

• Ownership mentality with the ability to independently identify and address bottlenecks.

• Proficiency in the Ukrainian language.

• Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level of English or higher.
