E-Mail Marketing Manager – B2B Campaigns

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create and oversee outbound and email campaigns in the backend for clients.

• Design campaigns tailored to buyer personas, positioning, and unique selling propositions (USPs).

• Convert buyer personas, positioning, and USPs into effective messaging strategies.

• Compose outbound content, including emails, follow-ups, and sequences.

• Take complete responsibility for campaigns: setup, testing, KPI tracking, analysis, and ongoing optimization.

• Collaborate closely with account managers to enhance offers, messaging, and campaign strategies.

• Operate exclusively in the backend without direct client interaction, concentrating on copy, structure, testing, and scaling.

⛳️ Requirements

• Some experience in outbound or email marketing, or familiarity with relevant tools.

• Excellent copywriting abilities with an understanding of how effective email copy captures attention and prompts responses.

• A solid grasp of offer creation and how messaging and offers collaborate to boost conversions.

• An analytical, data-driven mindset, with optimization strategies based on key performance indicators (KPIs).

• A curious nature and a readiness to explore new tools.

• Comfortable managing complex setups.

• A self-directed, organized working style with a commitment to owning results.

• Formal education is less important; skills, tool proficiency, and proven performance in outbound marketing are what count.
