Senior EDI Testing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Assist in the onboarding and implementation of EDI partners.

• Oversee system setup, configuration, testing, and ensure readiness for production activities.

• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to collect business requirements and document implementation necessities.

• Create and execute test cases to verify system functionality and compliance with requirements.

• Guarantee precise end-to-end processing in both test and production environments.

• Analyze and interpret technical specifications, healthcare EDI formats, and associated documentation.

• Provide education and support to clients throughout the implementation process.

• Assist in preparing for production and modifications to communication protocols, file formats, or software.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of extensive knowledge concerning EDI transactions, including testing standard X12 transactions such as 837P, 837I, 837 Outgoing, 999, TA1, and U277.

• At least 2 years of experience utilizing crosswalks, HIPAA implementation guides, and requirements documents to ensure accurate data mapping to database fields.

• More than 2 years of familiarity with privacy regulations and HIPAA compliance.

• Over 2 years of experience collaborating with clients on issue resolution and problem-solving discussions.

• At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, directly partnering with clients on EDI-related issue resolution, testing, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving discussions.

• Ability to convey ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly manner.

• Highly driven and self-motivated.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capable of prioritizing and executing tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.

• Able to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• An associate degree is required.

• A background in healthcare is preferred.
