Senior EAM Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in implementation projects for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions, taking charge of the most intricate phases of the project lifecycle independently.

• Collect and assess requirements from clients and end users.

• Analyze and comprehend maintenance processes while pinpointing potential areas for enhancement.

• Evaluate the alignment between business processes and product capabilities.

• Assist in defining and documenting functional solutions.

• Take part in configuration and parameterization tasks, as relevant to the project scope.

• Create and execute functional test scenarios, aiding in solution validation with users.

• Provide training, prepare for the go-live phase, and assist with hypercare and stabilization efforts.

• Aid in the identification, analysis, and resolution of functional issues throughout implementation and during assisted operations.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure synchronization on project activities, risks, and deliverables.

• Contribute to functional documentation, knowledge sharing, and the ongoing enhancement of implementation processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software, either as an implementer, functional consultant, or Key User with relevant practical experience.

• Functional expertise in SAP PM; experience with IBM Maximo will be considered equivalent when paired with a readiness to specialize in SAP PM.

• Experience or robust understanding of industrial maintenance processes, encompassing maintenance order planning, execution, and control.

• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements and assess the compatibility between business processes and software solutions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to engage with end users and clients in diverse cultural settings.

• Capability to work collaboratively within a team and manage tasks in an organized, independent, and proactive manner.

• Advanced proficiency in English for meetings, presentations, and interactions with international clients or teams.

• Openness to travel domestically and internationally.

• Completed university degree in a relevant field or proven equivalent practical experience in EAM implementation projects.

• Experience with mobility solutions related to maintenance.

• Understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling.

• SAP PM or equivalent certification.

• Experience with the full testing lifecycle, including UAT, go-live, hypercare, and assisted operations.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and frameworks such as PMI, Agile, or comparable approaches.

• Experience in delivering training and enhancing end-user capabilities.

• Knowledge of integrations between EAM solutions and enterprise systems, such as ERP, field systems, and IoT.

• Familiarity with project management and testing tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, ALM, or similar platforms.

• Proficiency in Spanish.
