This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Assess and provide strategic insights on performance creatives generated by four external UGC and YouTube advertising agencies.
• Analyze creative concepts, hooks, scripts, offers, messaging, and execution prior to campaign launches.
• Ensure that creative outputs are consistent with brand positioning, customer insights, and performance objectives.
• Detect successful creative patterns and opportunities for iteration based on advertising outcomes.
• Review and quality-assess email campaigns, focusing on strategy, copy, design, offers, segmentation, flows, and the customer journey.
• Track email engagement, conversion rates, and revenue performance, and suggest enhancements.
• Supervise Meta advertising performance in collaboration with the in-house Meta Ads Specialist.
• Analyze campaign results, pinpoint trends, direct testing priorities, and evolve towards hands-on campaign management.
• Monitor performance using Triple Whale and various analytics platforms.
• Convert data into insights, priorities, and actionable recommendations across creative, email, website, and paid media.
• Manage communications, meetings, deliverables, deadlines, and accountability with external agencies.
• Project manage the CRO agency while coordinating with Google Ads, SEO, affiliate marketing, and graphic design partners.
• Provide briefs, feedback, priorities, and follow-up actions; escalate performance concerns as necessary.
• Project manage an organic social media team of three and oversee content delivery.
• Take charge of daily coordination and execution of marketing initiatives.
• Establish systems for tracking priorities, deliverables, performance, and accountability.
• Conduct efficient meetings and uphold robust asynchronous communication.
• Alleviate the Marketing Director’s operational workload by approximately four to five hours daily.
• Evolve into broader strategic responsibilities as the business expands.
• Extensive experience in managing marketing for established e-commerce brands or e-commerce agencies.
• Proven track record with legitimate product-based e-commerce businesses; dropshipping-only backgrounds will not be considered.
• In-depth understanding of performance creative strategies, particularly for Meta, UGC, and YouTube advertising.
• Advanced experience in reviewing or overseeing email marketing campaigns and automated flows.
• Strong grasp of Meta Ads strategy, campaign performance, and creative testing methodologies.
• Experience in managing multiple external agencies or specialized marketing partners concurrently.
• Excellent analytical abilities and the skill to translate performance data into actionable insights.
• Outstanding project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Ability to confidently challenge subpar work, provide constructive feedback, and hold partners accountable.
• Availability to maintain significant overlap with Eastern Time working hours.
• Experience working with e-commerce brands that allocate more than $100,000 per month on advertising.
• Proficient in using Triple Whale or similar e-commerce attribution and analytics tools.
• Familiar with CRO testing and conversion optimization processes.
• Working knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, affiliate marketing, and organic social media.
• Experience utilizing AI tools such as Claude.
• Familiarity with MCP connectors, custom AI workflows, or marketing automations.
• Prior experience supporting a Marketing Director, Head of Growth, or senior marketing executive.
