Functional Analyst – E-commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Gather and assess business requirements within a global digital transformation initiative

• Convert functional necessities into comprehensive specifications

• Facilitate coordination among stakeholders and technical teams

• Assist in the formulation of user stories

• Aid in testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes

• Oversee release phases

• Work on the advancement and adoption of a B2B e-commerce platform

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst

• Proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and formalizing requirements

• Capability to produce clear and detailed functional specifications

• Experience in defining and validating User Stories and acceptance criteria

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Experience in coordinating between business stakeholders and technical teams

• Background in UAT, test case management, and monitoring anomalies

• Strong command of English (B2/C1 level)

• Preferred: experience in international rollout projects

• Preferred: knowledge of B2B e-commerce platforms

• Preferred: experience in managing onboarding and change management initiatives

• Preferred: collaboration experience with SAP teams

• Preferred: familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365

• Preferred: experience working alongside UX/UI teams

• Preferred: understanding of go-live planning and release support
