E-Commerce Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the online store, ensuring that products, descriptions, images, and pricing are current

• Develop new products, sales initiatives, and marketing campaigns

• Create and refresh shop pages, product bundles, and promotional deals

• Verify content, links, and layouts for both mobile and desktop platforms

• Generate and update blog entries, guides, and product descriptions

• Assist in projects aimed at re-engaging current customers and enhancing customer loyalty

• Monitor deadlines and schedules

• Collaborate with the team to assess what strategies are effective

• Work in close partnership with the marketing team and external collaborators

• Practical experience in e-commerce and familiarity with e-commerce platforms

• Capability to manage tasks autonomously and execute them dependably

• Proficient writing abilities coupled with a strong sense of design

• Quick to adapt to digital tools with a meticulous, detail-oriented work style

• Strong communication skills and a readiness to collaborate with colleagues and external partners

• Passion for beauty, e-commerce, and understanding customer needs

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken German

• Residing in Germany
