Senior Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules, encompassing GL, AP, AR, FA, and Budgeting.

• Partner with international clients to grasp their business requirements and convert them into effective finance solutions.

• Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and training for key users.

• Configure and tailor finance modules to meet client-specific needs.

• Collaborate with technical teams on integration and data migration efforts.

• Provide guidance on finance best practices, compliance, and process enhancement.

• Assist with pre-sales initiatives and contribute to solution design.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess legal working rights in the country of residence within the EMEA region.

• Sponsorship is available only within the Netherlands.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, specifically in finance modules.

• Demonstrated success as a lead consultant on at least 3 full-cycle international ERP implementations.

• Comprehensive understanding of finance processes, including GL, AP, AR, FA, budgeting, and consolidation.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capable of working independently, taking ownership of deliverables, and driving initiatives with a high degree of accountability.

• Ability to excel in a multicultural, remote-first team environment across different time zones and cultures.

• Previous experience in a finance role is a significant advantage.

• Proficiency in other European languages is a plus.

• Experience in pre-sales, conducting workshops, or mentoring junior consultants is desirable.
