This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate with clients to comprehend their business requirements, data needs, and expected outcomes using Workiva solutions.
• Work alongside the pre-sales team to facilitate the transition from sales to implementation services and beyond.
• Interact with Solution Architects and Customer Success teams throughout the onboarding and implementation phases.
• Assess customer needs and propose the most effective use of Workiva’s Data Management Suite.
• Outline tasks, contribute to project plans, and track the progress of consulting project delivery.
• Evaluate and establish data integration workflows between client systems and the Workiva platform.
• Review and create data queries and reporting solutions, guiding stakeholders on best practices.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions for customer and partner application owners.
• Review and draft documentation for deployed solutions, configurations, and best practices.
• Relay customer and partner feedback to Product Development and Product Management teams.
• Enhance product adoption, ensure customer satisfaction, and promote overall customer health.
• Identify expected outcomes and illustrate the value achieved by customers and partners.
• Document data management features and functionalities for both internal and external use.
• Monitor customer and partner environments while staying updated on the Workiva product roadmap.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline, ideally in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Over 6 years of relevant experience in customer-facing positions.
• Bilingual proficiency in French or Spanish at a Native/Executive level.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation purposes.
• Experience in integrating or managing SaaS applications and enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with complex, regulated data structures and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of ERP, EPM, and enterprise data/analytics platforms.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms and contemporary data architectures.
• Experience with tools like Informatica, SSIS, Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workato.
• Strong grasp of REST and SOAP APIs, as well as JSON/XML and scripting-based API execution.
• Understanding of data engineering, data warehousing, ETL processes, and SQL query development.
• Excellent problem-solving and technical diagnostic abilities.
• Capability to manage priorities independently.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver executive-level presentations.
• Ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and promote cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven dedication to customer success and long-term value generation.
