Senior Data Engineer, COBOL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and manage data solutions, integrations, and pipelines within corporate settings.

• Create and oversee processes for data ingestion and transformation.

• Develop and maintain data pipelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with COBOL/400.

• Understanding of Delphi 2007.

• Experience with or knowledge of EFPCs (Closed Supplementary Pension Entities).

• Knowledge of CDC on IBM i.

• Proficient in data integration and processing.

• Background in developing and maintaining data ingestion and transformation processes.

• Experience in creating and supporting data pipelines.

• Skilled in integrating corporate systems.

• Understanding of Data Integration and ETL.

• Knowledge of Data Quality principles.

• Familiarity with databases and data management practices.

• Capable of ensuring the quality, consistency, and availability of information.

• Experience in legacy system modernization and integration initiatives.

• Proven ability to collaborate with development, architecture, and business teams.
