This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Oversee a team of Clinical Account Executives throughout the Northwest region.
• Enhance the lives of patients affected by cancer through outstanding customer engagement, effective account management, and compliant promotional activities.
• Foster employee development through coaching, constructive feedback, and career advancement opportunities.
• Convert strategy into actionable execution via clear priorities, disciplined coaching, and consistent follow-up.
• Act as a subject matter expert in product knowledge, disease states, and the changing landscape of the hematology/oncology sector.
• Implement brand strategy locally to create a positive business impact.
• Promote a culture of performance, inclusivity, personal growth, trust, and accountability.
• Oversee budget and resources to optimize patient impact.
• Lead Key Account Management by uniting in-field teams around shared account objectives.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• More than 7 years of sales experience in the pharma/biotech industry.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving top results.
• Displayed curiosity, humility, self-awareness, and dedication to ongoing leadership development.
• Proven ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Strong understanding of strategy, key account management, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Capability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Skill in developing Clinical Account Executives through coaching, feedback, accountability, and belief in their potential.
• Proficiency in utilizing data, critical thinking, business insight, and sound judgment to make timely, high-quality decisions.
• Ability to adapt swiftly, embrace uncertainty, and guide teams through dynamic business environments.
• Willingness and capacity to continually grow, take on more responsibilities, and prepare for broader leadership roles.
• Must drive a personal or company vehicle.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
