This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of Clinical Account Executives throughout the Northeast region.

• Enhance the lives of patients affected by cancer through effective customer engagement, key account management, and compliant promotional activities.

• Foster individual growth through coaching, constructive feedback, and career advancement opportunities.

• Convert strategy into actionable outcomes by establishing clear priorities, disciplined coaching, and consistent follow-up.

• Act as the team's authority on product knowledge, disease states, and the evolving landscape of hematology and oncology.

• Implement local brand strategies to create a positive impact on the business.

• Promote a culture centered on performance, inclusivity, and personal development, rooted in trust and accountability.

• Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize patient impact.

• Lead Key Account Management by aligning field teams with shared account priorities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Over 7 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.

• Proven track record of consistently achieving outstanding results.

• Capacity to inspire and motivate team members.

• Knowledge of strategy, key account management, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Capability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.

• Proficient in coaching and developing Clinical Account Executives through clear expectations and impactful feedback.

• Ability to utilize data, critical thinking, business acumen, and sound judgment for timely, high-quality decision-making.

• Quick adaptability to change, capable of handling ambiguity and guiding teams through uncertain and evolving business landscapes.

• Must possess a personal vehicle or company car or truck.

• Valid driver's license required.

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening test and adhere to safe driving standards.

• Oncology experience is highly preferred but not mandatory.

• An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred but not required.

• Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred but not required.
