This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of Clinical Account Executives throughout the High Plains region.

• Develop and implement strategies to strengthen AbbVie’s position in Multiple Myeloma.

• Foster outstanding customer engagement, manage key accounts, and ensure compliant promotional activities.

• Enhance team development through effective coaching, constructive feedback, and career advancement opportunities.

• Transform strategic initiatives into actionable plans with well-defined priorities, disciplined coaching, and consistent follow-up.

• Act as a subject matter expert in product information, disease states, and the dynamics of the hematology/oncology market.

• Implement local brand strategies to create a positive influence on business outcomes.

• Promote a culture centered on performance, inclusivity, personal development, trust, and accountability.

• Oversee budget management and resource allocation to optimize impact on patient care.

• Spearhead Key Account Management by uniting in-field teams around common account objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector.

• Experience in oncology is mandatory, with a preference for expertise in Multiple Myeloma or hematologic malignancies.

• Proven track record of consistently achieving top performance results.

• Ability to inspire and motivate team members effectively.

• Knowledge of strategy development, key account management, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority.

• Skilled in mentoring Clinical Account Executives through coaching, accountability, and professional growth.

• Proficient in utilizing data, critical analysis, business acumen, and sound judgment.

• Capacity to adapt swiftly and guide teams through periods of uncertainty and changing business landscapes.

• Must possess a personal vehicle or company car or truck.

• A valid driver’s license is required.

• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet driving safety criteria.
