Senior District Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Develop, monitor, adjust, and enhance work plans based on established objectives and regional market conditions.

• Analyze, manage, allocate, and optimize regional resources.

• Build an efficient team and foster a culture of compliance and integrity.

• Provide professional training for regional personnel and create individual development plans.

• Establish regular academic communication channels with healthcare professionals to explore new business opportunities.

• Create interdepartmental and cross-regional communication mechanisms to ensure communication efficiency and quality.

• Implement the company's marketing strategies.

• Report adverse events related to company products and assist with information collection for pharmacovigilance when necessary.

• Adhere to the company's values, principles of integrity and compliance, as well as applicable laws and regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy, or a related field.

• Over five years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least two years in team management.

• Possess strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

• Good understanding of medical concepts and capabilities in market planning and execution.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong expression and cross-departmental collaboration skills.

• Willingness to undertake travel assignments as per company requirements.

• Comply with applicable laws, industry standards, and company policies.

• Strictly adhere to the company's Code of Ethical Conduct (OEC) policy.

• Timely reporting of adverse events related to company products and assist with information collection for pharmacovigilance when necessary.
