Senior District Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Formulate a work plan based on established objectives and market conditions, ensuring timely tracking, adjustments, and improvements.

• Analyze, manage, and allocate regional resources, providing timely summaries and optimizations.

• Build an efficient team, fostering a culture of compliance and integrity while providing professional training and personal development plans for regional staff.

• Establish regular academic communication channels with healthcare professionals to seize opportunities and expand new business.

• Create a communication mechanism that spans departments and regions, ensuring the efficiency and quality of communications both internally and externally.

• Rigorously adhere to the company's Code of Ethical Conduct (OEC) policy, effectively implementing the company's marketing plans.

• Promptly report any adverse drug events related to the company's products discovered during daily operations, and collaborate with PV to collect necessary information when required.

• Comply with applicable laws, industry standards, and company policies, embodying the company's values and principles of integrity and compliance in all work activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field.

• Over five years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least two years in team management.

• Proficient in English, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

• Solid understanding of medical concepts along with market planning and execution abilities.

• Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong expression skills and ability to collaborate across departments.

• Willingness to undertake travel tasks as required by the company.
