Senior District Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Create work plans aligned with set objectives and regional market dynamics, while promptly tracking, adjusting, and enhancing them.

• Analyze, manage, and distribute regional resources, summarizing and optimizing them efficiently.

• Assemble a high-performing team and promote a culture of compliant operations and integrity.

• Offer professional training for regional staff and formulate individual development plans.

• Establish consistent academic communication channels with healthcare professionals.

• Recognize opportunities and promote the growth of new business ventures.

• Create communication frameworks that span departments and regions to guarantee effective and quality communication.

• Adhere strictly to the company's OEC policy and effectively implement company marketing strategies.

• Report any drug adverse events related to company products identified during daily operations and assist Pharmacovigilance in gathering necessary information when required.

• Follow all relevant laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies, upholding company values and principles of integrity and compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy, or a related discipline.

• Over five years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, including more than two years in team management roles.

• Proficient in English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

• Strong medical knowledge along with market planning and execution abilities.

• Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong presentation skills and ability to collaborate across departments.

• Willingness to travel for business as required by the company.
