Senior Director, Strategic Provider Partnerships, Payment Innovation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Identify, establish, and execute business strategies that support provider network and product development initiatives.

• Foster productive strategic relationships with providers.

• Create, implement, and enhance innovative and value-based payment contracting strategies.

• Develop and carry out the Strategic Payment Innovation/Value-Based Payment roadmap along with approved initiatives.

• Promote the adoption of value-based payment programs and provide leadership in negotiation support.

• Oversee the administration and reporting processes of value-based payment programs.

• Lead and guide staff in the development and execution of strategic provider partnership initiatives.

• Formulate, suggest, and execute cross-functional plans and activities for strategic initiatives.

• Convey insights, updates, challenges, and resolutions.

• Monitor and report on strategic partnerships, risk adjustment, tailored network development, and other relevant activities to leadership teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health Administration, or related fields, or equivalent experience.

• A Master’s in Business Administration is preferred.

• Over 10 years of experience in managed care within a health plan, delegated provider organization, or Managed Service Organization.

• PMP certification is preferred.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% for meetings or other obligations.
