Senior Director, Risk Stratification

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Direct the strategy and implementation of partnership and go-to-market initiatives for Aledade’s Risk Stratification / Risk Adjustment program.

• Manage the go-to-market strategies for field, market teams, practices, and end-users related to Risk Stratification program and product initiatives.

• Develop strategic partnerships and relationships with payer partners to enhance thorough and accurate diagnosis documentation.

• Foster strategic relationships with multi-specialty, enterprise, FQHC, and other large strategic practices regarding risk stratification matters.

• Identify, assess, negotiate, and execute new vendor and external partnerships.

• Offer strategic guidance and subject matter expertise to junior members of the Transformation team.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among product, analytics, technology, performance, care programs, and other senior leaders.

• Begin as a senior individual contributor with anticipated near-term progression into a management role.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required, ideally in Economics, Business, Healthcare, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in value-based care.

• At least 4 years of experience in risk adjustment, risk stratification, EHR Overlay, Point of Care Insight Delivery, and/or large-scale health tech operations.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a central organization hub collaborating with provider stakeholders and/or field/market teams to design, launch, scale, and assess initiatives while supporting performance enhancement.

• Advanced knowledge of emerging AI tools; preference for demonstrated experience in building, scaling, and/or training with AI tools.

• Proficient Excel skills, including handling large, complex, incomplete datasets and advanced functions such as Index/Match, XLOOKUP, and FILTER.

• Advanced PowerPoint skills, with expertise in storyboarding and creating executive-level presentations.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Strong project management abilities, leading intricate, cross-functional healthcare operations initiatives.

• Excellent strategic planning, analytical, business analysis, prioritization, hypothesis-driven problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

• Composed, confident, and mature demeanor when interacting with senior stakeholders.

• Dedication to confidentiality and discretion.

• Ability to sit for extended periods; extensive use of computers and keyboards; occasional walking and lifting required.

• A preference for 10+ years of progressive professional experience, or 7+ years with a Master’s Degree.
