This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Act as the primary RevOps/automation contact for a range of B2B SaaS clients.
• Participate in regular client calls and oversee daily operations.
• Design and configure HubSpot architectures, encompassing lifecycle stages, lead definitions, routing, pipelines, properties, segmentation, and automation.
• Construct, configure, and enhance HubSpot portals across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Ops Hubs.
• Develop intricate workflows and automations for marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
• Review client GTM systems to pinpoint quick wins, structural enhancements, and long-term priorities.
• Implement and sustain integrations throughout the GTM stack.
• Provide support for HubSpot ↔ Salesforce integrations, including field mapping, sync rules, deduplication, object ownership, troubleshooting, and monitoring.
• Design and uphold SLA frameworks within HubSpot.
• Manage data hygiene, enrichment workflows, naming conventions, database structure, validation, and automated cleanup processes.
• Create dashboards that track pipeline velocity, conversion rates, campaign performance, and other key performance indicators.
• Identify ways to leverage AI for enhancing GTM workflows.
• Translate client objectives and CMO-level strategies into actionable automation.
• Clearly articulate technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Resolve sync errors, duplicate data, malfunctioning workflows, routing issues, and CRM inconsistencies.
• Educate clients and team members on the systems developed.
• Document processes and contribute reusable workflows, templates, playbooks, and build standards.
• Share insights on new tools, AI workflows, and RevOps best practices with the Kalungi team.
• Collaborate with fractional CMOs and marketing specialists to enhance broader GTM strategies.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality work and communicate any changes to timelines, scope, or technical limitations.
• Report to the RevOps Lead and work closely with fractional CMOs and client delivery teams.
• Complete an introductory video, interviews, and a HubSpot Portal Audit technical exercise as part of the interview process.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in RevOps, marketing operations, CRM administration, GTM systems, or a related role, preferably in support of B2B SaaS companies.
• Extensive, hands-on experience with HubSpot across the Marketing Hub and Sales Hub; experience with Ops Hub is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in designing or significantly restructuring HubSpot portals.
• Strong grasp of lifecycle stages, lead routing, lead scoring, pipelines, workflows, properties, segmentation, and CRM data hygiene.
• Experience in creating complex automations using HubSpot and platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of CRM database structures and scalable data management practices.
• Experience in integrating HubSpot with other GTM systems and resolving sync and data-related issues.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to generate decision-useful reports.
• Confidence in client-facing situations, including presenting work and explaining technical decisions in straightforward language.
• Commercial awareness of the role RevOps plays in marketing, sales, customer success, pipeline, and revenue generation.
• Ability to train non-technical users and produce clear documentation.
• Familiarity with AI and its application in RevOps workflows.
• Reliability, ownership mentality, a builder mindset, attention to detail, curiosity, humility, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• HubSpot Marketing, Sales, or Ops Hub certifications are preferred.
• Experience in architecting or maintaining HubSpot ↔ Salesforce integrations is preferred.
• Salesforce administration experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Clay, newer CRMs, APIs, webhooks, HubSpot custom code actions, or HubSpot CLI is preferred.
• Ability to work with basic JavaScript or SQL is preferred.
• Experience in deploying AI-driven GTM automations is preferred.
• Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA and CRM consent/data retention practices is preferred.
• Experience with attribution and advanced GTM reporting is preferred.
• Experience working in an agency, consultancy, or multi-client environment is preferred.
• A curious technical mindset, comfortable collaborating with developers, and capable of understanding and troubleshooting responsible systems.
